摘要
目的探讨经腹部超声联合经阴道超声对早期异位妊娠的诊断价值。方法400例经手术以及病理诊断为异位妊娠的患者为研究对象,均接受经阴道超声检查、经腹部超声检查及联合检查。对比三种检查方式的疾病检出情况及早期异位妊娠特点阳性检出情况。结果联合检查早期异位妊娠检出率95.00%高于经阴道超声检查的89.50%及经腹部超声检查的81.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。联合检查附件包块、假孕囊、心管搏动、胚芽、卵黄囊、盆腔积液阳性检出率分别为89.50%、46.50%、56.50%、61.00%、44.00%、90.50%,均高于经阴道超声检查的61.00%、34.50%、43.00%、43.50%、36.00%、85.50%及经腹部超声检查的56.50%、20.00%、35.50%、39.50%、34.00%、74.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针对于早期异位妊娠患者来讲,实施经腹部超声联合经阴道超声检查能取得满意效果,此法有助于提升疾病诊断价值。值得进一步在临床内推广及应用。
Objective To discuss the diagnostic value of transabdominal ultrasonography combined with transvaginal ultrasonography in early ectopic pregnancy.Methods A total of 400 patients with ectopic pregnancy diagnosed by surgery and pathology were selected as the research subjects,and all received transvaginal ultrasonography,transabdominal ultrasonography and combined examinations.The detection of disease and positive detection of early ectopic pregnancy features were compared among the three examination modalities.Results The detection rate of early ectopic pregnancy in combined examination was 95.00%,which was higher than 89.50%of transvaginal ultrasonography and 81.00%of transabdominal ultrasonography,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The positive rates of adnexal mass,pseudogestational sac,cardiac tube beat,germ,yolk sac,and pelvic effusion were 89.50%,46.50%,56.50%,61.00%,44.00%,and 90.50%,which were higher than 61.00%,34.50%,43.00%,43.50%,36.00%,and 85.50%of transvaginal ultrasonography,and 56.50%,20.00%,35.50%,39.50%,34.00%,and 74.00%of the transabdominal ultrasonography,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion For patients with early ectopic pregnancy,transabdominal ultrasonography combined with transvaginal ultrasonography can achieve satisfactory results,which is helpful to improve the diagnostic value of the disease.It is worthy of further promotion and application in clinical practice.
