摘要
目的比较腹部超声诊断、阴道超声诊断在异位妊娠早期诊断中的应用效果。方法选取2014年2月~2016年2月于本院检查的106例异位妊娠孕妇,按照检查先后顺序分为研究组与对照组,各53例。对照组接受腹部超声诊断,研究组接受阴道超声诊断,比较两组的诊断准确率。结果研究组的诊断准确率为92.45%,显著高于对照组的69.81%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对异位妊娠孕妇,阴道超声诊断的早期诊断效果较为显著,应用价值显著,值得临床推广与应用。
Objective To compare the application effect of abdominal ultrasound and vaginal ultrasonography in the early diagnosis of ectopic pregnancy.Methods 106 pregnant women who were examined in our hospital from February 2014 to February 2016 were selected and divided into the study group and the control group according to the order of pregnant women.In the control group,pregnant women were diagnosed by abdominal ultrasound.The pregnant women in the study group were diagnosed by vaginal ultrasonography.The diagnostic accuracy between the two groups was compared.Results The diagnostic accuracy of the study group was 92.45%,which was higher than 69.81% of the control group,with significant difference （P〈0.05）.Conclusion The appllication of vaginal ultrasonography in the ecctopic prenancy,the effect of early diagnosis is significant,and the application value is significant,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
