摘要
目的对比经腹部（TAS）与经阴道（TVS）超声在早期不同部位异位妊娠临床诊断中的应用价值。方法选取2014年1~12月收治的异位妊娠患者93例,患者术前均实施TAS与TVS超声检查,比较两种超声检查的结果。结果 TAS对附件包块、腹盆腔积液、假孕囊、胚芽及输卵管环、滋养层血流频谱的检出率明显低于TVS;TAS对不同部位异位妊娠的诊断符合率明显低于TVS（P〈0.05）。结论 TAS与TVS可以对不同部位异位妊娠的临床诊断提供依据,均具有一定的辅助诊断能力,TVS相比TAS能够有效提高对相关影像学表现的检查效果,可以有效提高对异位妊娠的诊断效果,值得进一步推广应用。
Objective To eomapare the application value comparision of transabdominal （TAS） and transvaginal ultrasound （TVS） in the diagnosis of ectopic pregnancy of different part in early stage. Methods 93 patients with ectopie pregnancy treated in our hospital from January to December 2014 were selected,and they were given TAS,TVS examination before operation,the results of two kinds of examination ultrasound. Results The detection rate of adnexal mass, abdominal and pelvic effusion, false pregnancy sac, embryo and tubal ring, trophoblastic blood now of TAS of was significantly lower than that of TVS;diagnostie coincidence rate of ectopic pregnancy in different part of TAS was significantly lower than that of TVS （P〈0.05）. Conclusion TAS and TVS can provide the basis for the clinical diagnosis of ectopic pregnancy of different part,and has aided diagnosis ability.Compared with TAS,TVS can effectively improve the examination effect of performance of related image,can effectively improve the effect of diagnosis of ectopic pregnancy,and is worthy of further popularization and application.
