摘要
目的对超声诊断宫外孕进行探讨。方法回顾性总结分析我院40例经手术证实为宫外孕的超声图像表现。结果 40例患者中宫外孕壶腹部20例,峡部5例,伞部7例,间质部8例。结论超声具有无痛、无创、可重复等特点,可作为宫外孕首选诊断方法。
Objective To explore the ultrasound diagnosis of ectopic pregnancy.Methods Features of ultrasound images of 40 cases who were confirmed by surgery in our hospital were analyzed retrospectively.Results The occurring places of ectopic pregnancy of 40 cases were as follows:20 cases in the ampullary,5 cases in the isthmus,7 cases in the fimbria,8 cases in the interstitial sections.Conclusion Ultrasound has the features of painlessness,noninvasiveness,repetition,etc.,which can as the preferred diagnostic method ...
