摘要
目的 比较早期异位妊娠诊断中应用腹部彩色超声与阴道彩色超声的临床价值。方法 80例早期异位妊娠患者,按照随机抽签的方式分为对照组与实验组,每组40例。对照组患者给予腹部彩色超声诊断,实验组患者采取阴道彩色超声诊断。对比两组的诊断确诊率、漏诊率、误诊率及患者对于诊断的满意度。结果 实验组患者的异位妊娠确诊率为90.0%,高于对照组的72.5%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组患者的漏诊率为10.0%,低于对照组的17.5%,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);实验组患者的误诊率为0,低于对照组的10.0%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组患者对于诊断的满意度为95.0%,高于对照组的62.5%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 对于早期异位妊娠患者来说,采取阴道彩色超声检验具有更高的诊断价值,且诊断确诊率也比较高,在临床上有着重要的应用意义。
Objective To compare the clinical value of abdominal color ultrasound and vaginal color ultrasound in the diagnosis of early ectopic pregnancy.Methods A total of 80 patients with early ectopic pregnancy were divided into the control group and the experimental group by random lottery method,with 40 cases in each group.Patients in the control group were diagnosed with abdominal color ultrasound,and patients in the experimental group were diagnosed with vaginal color ultrasound.The diagnosis rate,missed diagnosis rate,misdiagnosis rate and patients’satisfaction with the diagnosis were compared between the two groups.Results The diagnosis rate of ectopic pregnancy was 90.0%in the experimental group,which was higher than 72.5%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The missed diagnosis rate of the experimental group was 10.0%,which was lower than 17.5%of the control group,but the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).The misdiagnosis rate was 0 in the experimental group,which was lower than 10.0%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The patients’satisfaction with the diagnosis of the experimental group was 95.0%,which was higher than the 62.5%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion For patients with early ectopic pregnancy,vaginal color ultrasound has higher diagnostic value and higher diagnostic accuracy,which is of great significance in clinic.
