摘要
目的了解2017—2020年苏州市地方扩大免疫规划项目相关疫苗接种情况及安全性监测情况。方法收集2017—2020年原江苏省疫苗出入库系统、江苏省预防接种综合服务管理信息系统中项目相关疫苗使用情况和2017—2020年国家免疫规划信息系统中报告的项目相关疫苗疑似预防接种异常反应(adverse events following immunization,AEFI)个案数据,并进行统计分析。结果2017—2020年苏州市地方扩大免疫规划项目所用麻风减毒活疫苗、麻腮风减毒活疫苗、23价肺炎球菌多糖疫苗、水痘减毒活疫苗免费接种量分别为19267、196294、398247、685056剂,接种率均达到项目目标要求。项目相关AEFI共报告371例,报告发生率为2.86/万,其中一般反应347例(93.53%),异常反应或不排除异常反应19例(5.12%),偶合症5例(1.35%)。麻风减毒活疫苗相关AEFI报告0例;麻腮风减毒活疫苗相关AEFI报告28例,报告发生率为1.43/万剂;23价肺炎球菌多糖疫苗相关AEFI报告89例,报告发生率为2.23/万剂;水痘减毒活疫苗相关AEFI报告254例,报告发生率为3.71/万剂;项目执行期间无相关死亡病例和群体性AEFI报告。结论2017—2020年苏州市针对特定人群的地方扩大免疫规划项目实施顺利。项目相关疫苗安全性较好,建议该项目继续施行。
Objective To understand the inoculation rate and safety monitoring of vaccination in the local expanded programme on immunization in Suzhou City from 2017-2020.Methods The usage situation of project-related vaccines from 2017-2020 in the original Jiangsu Province Vaccine Inbound and Outbound System and the Jiangsu Provincial Comprehensive Vaccination Service Management Information System,and case data of project-related vaccines adverse events following immunization(AEFI)from2017-2020 reported in National Immunization Planning Information System were collected and conducted statistical analysis.Results From 2017-2020,the free inoculations of live attenuated leprosy vaccine,live attenuated measles vaccine,23-valent pneumococcal polysaccharide vaccine,and live attenuated varicella vaccine used in the Suzhou local expanded programme on immunization were 19267,196294,398,247 and 685056 doses,and the vaccination rates all met the project target requirements.A total of 371 cases of project-related AEFI were reported,with a reported incidence rate of 2.86/10000,including 347 cases(93.53%)of general reactions,19 cases(5.12%)of abnormal reactions or abnormal reactions that were not excluded,and 5 cases(1.35%)of incidental diseases.0 case of AEFI related to live attenuated leprosy vaccine was reported.28 cases of AEFI related to live attenuated leprosy vaccine were reported,with a reported incidence of 1.43/10000 doses.89 cases of AEFI related to 23-valent pneumococcal polysaccharide vaccine were reported,with a reported incidence of 2.23/10000 doses.254 cases of AEFI related to live attenuated varicella vaccine were reported,and the reported incidence rate was 3.71/10000 doses.There were no related deaths or mass AEFI reports during project implementation.Conclusions From 2017-2020,Suzhou City’s local expanded programme on immunization has been successfully implemented.The project-related vaccines are safe,and it is recommended that the project continue to be implemented.
