摘要
针对现有的单目面结构光系统中点云三维重建中存在的精度、稳定性不足等问题,通过研究面结构光三维标定系统模型,对基于黑底白圆标定板的面结构光系统标定方法进行算法改进优化。介绍了面结构光三维系统模型的构成原理。基于黑底白圆标定板进行了相机标定与系统标定。通过双线性插值对基于黑底白圆标定板的系统标定进行了改进,最后基于SVD算法对系统参数进行了拟合。实验结果表明,该参数标定方法有效地提高了系统标定中拟合特征点位置与其相位值的精度,提高了面结构光三维重建的精度。
Aiming at the problems of insufficient accuracy and stability in the 3D reconstruction of point cloud in the existing monocular surface structured light system,by studying the 3D calibration system model of surface structured light,the calibration method of surface structured light system based on black background white circle calibration plate is improved and optimized.This paper introduces the composition principle of the surface structured light three-dimensional system model.The camera calibration and system calibration are carried out based on the black background white circle calibration board.The system calibration based on the black background white circle calibration board is improved through bilinear interpolation.The system parameters are fitted based on SVD algorithm.The experimental results show that the parameter calibration method effectively improves the accuracy of fitting the position and phase value of feature points in system calibration,and improves the accuracy of 3D reconstruction of surface structured light.
