摘要
在塑料地板生产行业,生产线的自动化程度越来越高。卷材的包装工段作为生产线的最后一道工序,集中了工厂大量人力。因此,有必要采用最经济的方案实现自动化包装,以减少生产过程中对人工依赖,增加生产节拍的稳定性,降低生产的安全风险,提高企业的经济效益。
In the plastic floor production industry,the automation of the production line is getting higher and higher.As the last process of the production line,the coil packaging section concentrates a lot of manpower in the factory.Therefore,it is necessary to use the most economical scheme to realize automatic packaging,so as to reduce the dependence on labor in the production process,increase the stability of production beat,reduce the safety risk of production and improve the economic benefits of the enterprise.
