Research on Accurate Investment of Chemicals to Promote High-Quality Development of Agriculture

摘要 农业化学品精准投入是持续推进化学品减量增效的关键,也是实现农业高质量发展的必由之路。当前,农业高质量发展基于增产增效、资源保护、营养健康的目标,对化学品投入提出了减量增收、因地制宜、绿色高效的新要求。但对化学品投入进行现实考察发现,其在投入总量、投入结构及自身产品上与农业高质量发展要求仍有差距。应建立农业化学品精准研发机制、农业化学品精准服务机制、农业化学品精准应用机制,完善农业化学品精准投入保障体系,实现化学品投入绿色高效,促进化学品投入减量增收,引导化学品投入因地制宜,提高化学品投入利益主体协同度,以此助推农业高质量发展。 Accurate input of agricultural chemicals is the key to continuously promoting the reduction and efficiency of chemicals, and it is also the only way to achieve high-quality agricultural development. At present, the high-quality development of agriculture is based on the goals of increasing production and efficiency, protecting resources, nutrition, and health, and has put forward new requirements for chemical input to reduce volume and increase income, adapt to local conditions, and be green and efficient. However, a realistic investigation of chemical input shows that there is still a gap between the total amount of input, input structure and its own products and the requirements of high-quality agricultural development. It is necessary to establish accurate research mechanism, accurate service mechanism and accurate application mechanism for agricultural chemicals. Improve the guarantee system of accurate investment in agricultural chemicals, realize green and efficient investment in chemicals, promote the reduction and income increase of chemical investment, guide chemical investment to adapt to local conditions, and improve the synergy of stakeholders in chemical investment, so as to promote the high-quality development of agriculture.
