社会规范何以影响农户农药减量化施用——基于道德责任感中介效应与社会经济地位差异的调节效应分析被引量：34

How Does Social Norms Affect the Reduction of Pesticide Application by Farmers?——Analysis of the Regulating Effect of the Difference between the Mediating Effect of Moral Responsibility and Social Economic Status

摘要产地安全日益成为社会关注的焦点,如何有效规范农户生产行为,促进"双减"行动实施,是亟待解决的重大现实问题。本文基于山东、陕西两省624户蔬菜种植户调查数据,采用Logit回归模型、中介效应与调节效应检验方法,考察社会规范对农户农药减量化施用行为的作用机制。研究结果发现:社会规范可以有效促进农户农药减量化施用,发挥提升生态效益、保障食品安全的重要作用;道德责任感是社会规范与农户农药减量化施用的中介变量,其间接影响占比为89.005%;社会经济地位在道德责任感作用于农户农药减量化施用过程中发挥调节效应,农户社会经济地位越高,道德责任感对其农药减量化施用的正向影响越强。因此,未来农药减量化行动过程中需注重社会规范作用的发挥,考虑农户间社会经济地位差异对农药施用行为的影响,创新"精英"农户的示范带动形式,进而促进农药减量化行动有效实施。 The safety of production areas has increasingly become the focus of social attention.How to effectively regulate the production behavior of farmers and promote the implementation of"double reduction"is a major practical issue that needs to be answered urgently.Based on the survey data of 624 vegetable growers in Shandong and Shaanxi,this paper uses the Logit regression model,mediating effect,and regulation effect test method to investigate the mechanism of social norms on pesticides’reduced pesticide application behavior.The research results show that social norms can effectively promote the reduction of pesticide application by farmers,play an important role in improving ecological benefits and ensuring food safety;moral responsibility is a mediator of social norms and pesticides for farmers to reduce their application,and the indirect impact ratio is 89.005%;the socio-economic status plays a regulatory role in the process of agricultural responsibility reduction and application of pesticides.The higher the socio-economic status of farmers,the stronger the positive impact of moral responsibility on the reduction of pesticide application.Therefore,in the future process of pesticide reduction,it is necessary to pay attention to the role of social norms,consider the impact of differences in socioeconomic status among farmers on the behavior of pesticide application,and innovate the demonstration mode of"elite"farmers,thereby promoting the implementation of pesticide reduction actions.
