摘要 某电厂9E燃气轮机控制系统TCS国产化改造后,针对燃气轮机启动升速、解列降速阶段,燃料速比截止阀后P_(2)压力波动较大的现象,通过研究燃烧与速比截止阀全过程控制机理,分析了存在的问题并提出了稳定P_(2)压力的控制优化方案,运用华电睿蓝maxCHD国产化控制系统平台灵活便捷的逻辑编译功能,实施了基于燃气轮机全过程的速比截止阀分阶段优化控制策略,大幅改善了速比截止阀控制的振荡现象,控制性能优于TCS改造前水平,实现了P_(2)压力稳定控制的目的,提升了燃气轮机运行可靠性。 After the localization transformation of the 9E gas turbine control system(TCS)in a power plant,in view of the large fluctuations in the P_(2) pressure after the fuel speed ratio cut-off valve in the gas turbine start-up and de-loading phases,the combustion and speed ratio cut-off valve were studied.The whole process control mechanism and the existing problems were analyzed,and the control optimization scheme to stabilize the P_(2) pressure was proposed.The flexible and convenient logic compilation function of the Huadian Ruilan maxCHD domestic control system platform was used to implement the speed ratio cut-off valve based on the whole process of the gas turbine.The control strategy was optimized in stages,greatly improving the oscillation phenomenon of the speed ratio cut-off valve control,and the control performance is better than the level before the TCS transformation,achieving the purpose of P_(2) pressure stability control and improving the reliability of the gas turbine.
