摘要
PG9171E型燃气轮机设置负荷间冷却风机(88VG)的目的,是对负荷间进行通风冷却,维持负荷间室温正常,保证机组安全运行。当燃机长期运行之后,由于排气室炉墙板老化等原因,负荷间温度会相应升高,原设计控制单台风机运行无法满足冷却通风效果,设备运行存在隐患。文章基于全国产化的华电睿蓝maxCHD控制系统,针对燃气轮机正常运行过程中发生负荷间蜗壳温度高导致机组自动停机现象,对负荷间冷却风机启停控制逻辑进行优化,提高运行可靠性。
The purpose of installing 88VG inter-load cooling fan for the PG9171E gas turbine is to ventilate and cool the inter-load room,maintain the normal room temperature in the inter-load room,and ensure the safe operation of the unit.When the gas turbine runs for a long time,the temperature between loads will rise correspondingly due to factors such as aging of the exhaust chamber wall panels.As a result,the original design of a single fan cannot satisfy the cooling and ventilation effect,leading to potential operational hazards.Based on the domestically produced Huadian Ruilan maxCHD control system,this study optimizes the start-stop control logic of the cooling fan between loads to improve the operation reliability in view of the automatic shutdown of the unit caused by high inter-load volute temperature during the normal operation of the gas turbine.
