摘要 以北京电网某F级燃气-蒸汽联合循环机组为例,通过试验确定了背压模式下联合循环机组的供热量,并以此为基础,建立了抽凝模式下机组群负荷、供热量的数学模型,得到了联合循环机组的供热性能和调峰性能。结果表明,背压运行模式下,二拖一运行时供热量的变化范围为1 330GJ/h^2 417GJ/h,一拖一运行时供热量的变化范围为600GJ/h^1 099GJ/h;在抽凝模式下,二拖一和一拖一运行时最大供热量分别为1 769GJ/h、780GJ/h;在抽凝模式下,随着供热量的增大,机组群的最大负荷与最小负荷之差越来越小,联合循环机组的调峰能力变差。 Take a F-class GTCC unit of Beijing grid as an example, the heating load of back pressure mode was determined by test. The mathematic models of GTCC electrical power load and heating load on adjust extraction mode are built based on test data, and heating supply and peaking performance were obtained. The results show that on back pressure mode," two- on-one" heat load is changed between 1 330GJ/h -2 417G J/h, and "one-on-one" heating load is changed between 600 GJ/h- 1 099GJ/h. On adjust extraction mode, the maximum heating load of "two-on-one" and "one-on-one" is 1 769 GJ/h,780GJ/h,respectively. As heating load increases, the difference between the maximum and minimum electric power load is getting smaller and smaller, and the peaking performance of GTCC unit is deteriorated.
