摘要
婴幼儿人才队伍建设是国家大力发展婴幼儿照护服务体系的关键一环。研究以27个省(直辖市、自治区)婴幼儿照护服务发展实施意见中“人才队伍建设”部分为文本,利用ROST-CM6.0文本挖掘软件进行分析,从婴幼儿照护人才的职前教育和职后素养提升两大方面对文本进行高频词和社会语义网络分析,发现:扩来源、提质量是婴幼儿照护人才队伍建设的整体发展思路;多层次性是婴幼儿照护职前教育的重要表征;在职培训是婴幼儿照护人才素养提升的关注重点;婴幼儿照护人员的权益保障有待继续完善。研究建议:加快制定并落实婴幼儿照护人才队伍建设的相关政策;严把课程质量关,提升职前教育质量;构建线上+线下混合培训模式;完善婴幼儿照护人员薪资及福利保障制度。
The construction of infant talent team is a key link for the country to vigorously develop the infant care service system.The"talent team construction"in the implementation opinions on the development of infant care services in 27 provinces(municipalities directly under the central government and autonomous regions)was studied Part is text,using rost-cm60 text mining software to analyze the text from the two aspects of pre service education and post service literacy improvement of infant care talents.It is found that expanding the source and improving the quality are the overall development idea of infant care talent team construction;Multi level is an important representation of pre service education of infant care;On the job training is the focus of improving the quality of infant care talents;The protection of the rights and interests of infant caregivers needs to be further improved.Research recommendations:accelerate the formulation and implementation of relevant policies for the construction of infant care talent team;strictly control the curriculum quality and improve the quality of pre service education;build an online+offline mixed training mode;improve the salary and welfare security system for infant care personnel.
