摘要
目的探讨舒张性心力衰竭患者中检测血小板/淋巴细胞比值临床价值。方法选取2019年9月至2020年9月我院诊治80例舒张性心力衰竭患者作为研究组,选取同期我院体检中心健康自愿者40例作为健康组,比较两组患者血小板/淋巴细胞比值,用受试者工作曲线(ROC)判定血小板/淋巴细胞比值最佳值,将舒张性心力衰竭患者分为高值组和低值组,比较两组患者临床资料及心功能指标。结果研究组患者血小板/淋巴细胞比值低于健康组(P<0.05)。经ROC曲线分析,得出ROC曲线下面积为0.736,95%CI为0.670~0.796,血小板/淋巴细胞比值最佳截断值为158.60,相应诊断灵敏度为63.1%%,特异性为78.9%。两组比较得出高值组年龄、LVPWT水平高于低值组,E/A水平低于低值组,比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论血小板/淋巴细胞比值在舒张性心力衰竭患者中检测有较高辅助诊断价值。
Objective To investigate the clinical value of platelet/lymphocyte ratio in patients with diastolic heart failure.Methods 80 patients with diastolic heart failure diagnosed and treated in our hospital from September 2019 to September 2020 were selected as the research group,and 40 healthy volunteers in the physical examination center of our hospital during the same period were selected as the healthy group.The platelet/lymphocyte ratio of the two groups was compared,and the optimal value of the platelet/lymphocyte ratio was determined by receiver operating curve(ROC).Patients with diastolic heart failure were divided into high value group and low value group,and the clinical data and cardiac function indexes of the two groups were compared.Results The platelet/lymphocyte ratio in the study group was lower than that in the healthy group(P<0.05).The ROC curve analysis showed that the area under the ROC curve was 0.736,the 95% CI was 0.670~0.796,the best cut-off value of the ratio of platelets to lymphocytes was 158.60,the corresponding diagnostic sensitivity was 63.1%%,and the specificity was 78.9%.The comparison between the two groups showed that the age and LVPWT levels in the high-value group were higher than those in the low-value group,and the E/A level was lower than that in the low-value group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion Platelet/lymphocyte ratio has high diagnostic value in patients with diastolic heart failure.
