布水系统对间接蒸发冷板式换热器性能的影响 被引量:4

Influence of water distribution system on performance of indirect evaporative plate heat exchanger

摘要 通过试验探究了二次空气通道布水系统对板式换热器性能的影响,试验结果表明:随着气水比增加,板式换热器的换热效率先提升后降低,当气水比为5.76时,板式换热器的换热效率达到最佳值0.61。板式换热器的换热效率随着喷淋密度的增大(喷淋密度≤0.83kg/(s·m^(2)))和喷淋水温的降低而提升。此外,探究了喷淋方式和喷淋装置的布局对板式换热器性能的影响。结果表明:采用高压微雾喷淋和重力喷流嘴的板式换热器换热效率相当,穿孔布液器由于较差的布水均匀性,换热效率低于其他两种喷淋方式;另外,与顺流布置相比,喷淋装置与二次空气逆流布置情况下的板式换热器效率提高了7%;在微雾高压喷淋的基础上增加二次网格布水能够提高板式换热器的6.5%的换热效率。 The influence of secondary air channel water distribution system on the performance of plate heat exchanger is investigated through experiments.The results show that the heat transfer efficiency of plate heat exchanger increases first and then decreases with the increase of gas-water ratio;When the gas-water ratio is 5.76,the heat transfer efficiency reaches the optimal value of 0.61.The heat transfer efficiency of plate heat exchanger increases with the increase of spray density(spray density≤0.83 kg/(s·m^(2)))and the decrease of spray water temperature.We also explore the influence of spray methods and spray device layout on the performance of plate heat exchanger.The results show that the heat transfer efficiency of plate heat exchanger with high-pressure micro fog spray comparable to that of the plate heat exchanger with the gravity nozzle,but the heat transfer efficiency of perforation dispenser is lower than the other two spray methods due to the poor uniformity of water-distribution;What is more,compared with the downstream arrangement,the efficiency of the plate heat exchanger is increased by 7%in the spray device and the secondary air countercurrent arrangement;Last but not lease,the heat transfer efficiency of plate heat exchanger can increases 6.5%by adding secondary grid water distribution on the basis of high-pressure micro fog spray.
