摘要
以氧化铝和改性Y分子筛为载体,硫代钼酸铵和硝酸镍为活性组分前驱体,通过等体积浸渍法制备不同氧化镍含量的含硫前体加氢裂化催化剂。通过BET、XRD、NH_(3)-TPD、HRTEM等进行表征。实验结果表明,随着氧化镍含量的增加,含硫前体加氢裂化催化剂孔容及表面积变小,中强酸酸量呈现先增加后减少的趋势。当氧化镍含量为质量分数6%时,含硫前体加氢裂化催化剂活性相片晶长度和片晶层数得到较好匹配,暴露出更多的边角棱位,产生较多的加氢活性位。评价结果表明,加氢裂化反应过程中,产物的选择性和收率均达到最佳值。
Using alumina and modified Y molecular sieve as support,ammonium thiomolybdate and nickel nitrate as active precursors,the hydrocracking catalysts containing sulfur with different nickel oxide contents were prepared through incipient wetness impregnation method.The catalysts were characterized by means of BET,XRD,NH_(3)-TPD,HRTEM.The results show that,with the increase of nickel oxide content,the pore volume and surface area of sulfur-containing precursor hydrocracking catalyst decrease,and the acid content of medium-strong acid increases first and then decreases.When the nickel oxide content is 6%,the lamellar crystals length and the number of lamellar layers of the sulfur-containing precursor hydrocracking catalyst are well matched,and more edges and corners are exposed,resulting in more hydrocracking active sites.Evaluation results show that hydrocracking reaction process,the selectivity and yield of the products reach the best value.
