摘要
目的探讨联合与不联合DMAE(二甲基乙醇胺)在微聚焦超声行眼周年轻化治疗中的效果比较,分析其临床应用价值。方法选取在2021年6月~2022年1月至我院接受眼周年轻化治疗的患者60例为研究对象,根据随机数字表法分为联合组与超声组,各30例。超声组患者行微聚焦超声技术治疗,联合组患者行微聚焦超声技术联合DMAE治疗,对比两组患者在治疗后即刻、治疗后1个月及3个月的眼周情况的改善程度。结果治疗后,两组患者的眼睑松弛化量表评分均较治疗前低(P<0.05),所有患者的额部皱纹、眼周细小皱纹、脂肪型眼袋、黑眼圈得到明显改善。联合组在治疗后即刻效果得分较超声组低,但联合组在治疗后1个月、3个月的评分与超声组同期比较无统计学差异(P>0.05)。两组患者在治疗后均未有明显不良反应发生,其中有2例患者出现轻微的皮肤泛红,患者均能耐受,在进行冰敷处理后,已自行消退;在两组患者治疗后的3个月,给予眼周年轻化治疗满意度评分量表评分,两组患者的治疗满意度均为100%(P>0.05)。结论微聚焦超声技术在眼周年轻化治疗中疗效明显,同时也可采用微聚焦超声技术联合DMAE,两者联合治疗并无明显的不良反应。对此,在临床治疗中,可根据患者的需求,制定相应的临床治疗方案。
Objective To compare the effects of DMAE(dimethylethanolamine)combined with and without DMAE in the treatment of eye peritrosis with microfocusing ultrasound,and to analyze its clinical application value.Methods A total of 60 patients who received the eye circumference rejuvenation treatment in our hospital from June 2021 to January 2022 were selected as the research objects,and were divided into the combined group and ultrasound group according to the random number table method,with 30 patients in each group.Patients in the ultrasound group were treated with microfocusing ultrasound technology,and patients in the combined group were treated with microfocusing ultrasound technology combined withDMAE.The improvement degree of periocular conditions in the two groups was compared immediately after treatment,1 month and 3 months after treatment.Results After treatment,the eyelid relaxation scale score of 2 groups was lower than before treatment(P<0.05),and the forehead wrinkles,fine wrinkles around the eyes,fatty pouch and dark circles under the eyes of all patients were significantly improved.The immediate effect score of the combined group was lower than that of the ultrasound group,but there was no statistical difference between the combined group and the ultrasound group at 1 and 3 months after treatment(P>0.05).There were no obvious adverse reactions in 2 groups after treatment,among which 2 patients showed slight skin redness,which was tolerated by both patients and resolved spontaneously after ice treatment.At 3 months after treatment,the satisfaction scale was given to the patients in both groups,and the satisfaction scale was 100%(P>0.05).Conclusion Microfocused ultrasound technology has obvious curative effect in the treatment of eye circumference rejuvenation.Meanwhile,microfocused ultrasound technology combined withDMAE can also be used,and the combined treatment of the two has no obvious adverse reactions.Therefore,in clinical treatment,the corresponding clinical treatment plan can be formulated accordin
