摘要
食品是人们生存与发展的必要物质基础,食品安全关系到人们身体健康以及社会稳定发展。随着时代的发展以及人们经济水平的提升,健康饮食理念逐渐深入人心,人们对食品种类、营养成分以及安全性也提出了更多的要求和更高的标准。本文简单分析了食品产业链的内涵及其特点,并对我国食品安全问题成因及其解决对策进行了简单概述。
Food is a necessary material condition for people’s survival and development,and food safety is the key to people’s health and social harmony and stability.Especially with the development of the times and the improvement of people’s economic level,the concept of healthy diet has gradually taken root in the hearts of the people,and people have put forward more requirements and higher standards for food types,nutrients and safety.This paper briefly analyzes the connotation and characteristics of food industry chain,and briefly discusses the causes and countermeasures of food safety problems in China.
