摘要
近年来,我国的相关卫生部门加大了对食品生产过程中添加剂使用情况的监管力度,将大多数滥用食品添加剂的食品判定为不合格的食品,而其中使用频率最高的添加剂就是甜蜜素。日本、美国等针对我国出口产品明确提出要禁用甜蜜素。近些年来因为使用甜蜜素而被退回的食品比例也在全球范围内排在第一位。甜蜜素的不合理使用所造成的安全隐患问题始终是影响我国食品安全监督管理工作开展效果的关键。因此本文针对我国在食品生产安全方面的监管现状进行分析,以食品生产过程中甜蜜素的使用及其安全问题作为切入点,着重论述了甜蜜素对人体所造成的危害。希望能够通过相对全面的阐述为相关研究者提供一些思考,同时也为切实提高我国食品生产安全水平,保障百姓健康作出更多的努力。
In recent years,China’s relevant health departments have strengthened the supervision of the use of additives in the process of food production,and judged most foods abusing food additives as unqualified foods,among which most frequently used additive is sodium cyclamate.Japan and the United States have also clearly proposed to ban sodium cyclamate for China’s export products.In recent years,the proportion of food returned due to the use of sodium cyclamate has also ranked first in the world.The potential safety problems caused by the unreasonable use of sodium cyclamate have always been the key to the effect of food safety supervision and management in China.Therefore,the current situation of food production safety supervision in China was analyzed in this paper,takeing the use and safety of sodium cyclamate in the process of food production as the starting point,and focusing on the harm of sodium cyclamate to human body,in order to provide some thoughts for relevant researchers through relatively comprehensive exposition,and make more efforts to effectively improve China’s food production safety and ensure people’s health.
