摘要
食品安全与每个人的切身利益息息相关,为了不断提升食品安全监管的有效性,我国颁布了相关法律。尽管法律的颁布和实施对于提升食品安全监督管理有效性发挥出了积极作用,但随着社会经济的不断发展,新问题不断涌现,在新形势下做好食品安全监督管理工作已成为社会各界关注的焦点问题,本文在深入分析的基础上探析解决问题的策略。
Food safety is closely related to everyone’s vital interests. In order to continuously improve the effectiveness of food safety supervision, China has promulgated relevant laws. Although the promulgation and implementation of the law has played a positive role in improving the effectiveness of food safety supervision and management, with the continuous development of social economy, new problems continue to emerge. How to do a good job in food safety supervision and management under the new situation has become the focus of all sectors of society. This paper analyzes the strategies to solve the problems on the basis of in-depth analysis.
