摘要
馕是新疆的特色美食,有着悠久的历史和丰富的文化背景,也是我国传统饮食文化的重要组成部分。目前,新疆馕产业已初步形成区域布局、专业化生产、产业化经营的良好格局。基地、科研、加工和市场稳步发展,馕产业成为新疆特色产业之一。但目前各地馕产业还存在发展不均衡、品牌效应不明显、销售渠道单一等现象,本文提出了馕产业发展的意见建议,以促进新疆馕产业的进一步发展。
Nang is a special food in Xinjiang.It has a long history and rich cultural background.It is also an important part of China’s traditional food culture.At present,Xinjiang has formed a good pattern of industrialization and specialization of Nang production.The base,scientific research,processing and market have developed steadily,and the Nang industry has become one of the characteristic industries in Xinjiang.This paper puts forward some suggestions on promoting the development of Nang industry and Nang brand in Xinjiang,but this paper does not put forward any suggestions on further promoting the development of Nang industry and Nang brand.
