摘要
研究旨在了解新疆某规模化羊场羊支原体肺炎主要流行株的种型背景,摸清该规模化羊场支原体主要流行株的种型,为该场羊支原体性肺炎的免疫防治提供参考。试验采用绵羊肺炎支原体、丝状支原体丝状亚种、丝状支原体山羊亚种、山羊支原体山羊肺炎亚种、精氨酸支原体等特异性引物,运用PCR检测方法对支原体进行检测。结果显示,该场羊群整体处于亚健康的状态,常年有咳嗽等临床表现,发病月份多集中于12月至第二年3月。研究表明,该场羊群以感染绵羊肺炎支原体为主,少数羊群感染精氨酸支原体,其他支原体均未检出。
The purpose of the study was to understand the isotype background of the main epidemic strains of Mycoplasma pneumonia of sheep in a large-scale sheep farm in Xinjiang,find out the type of the main epidemic strains of Mycoplasma pneumonia of sheep in the large-scale sheep farm,and provide reference for the immune prevention and treatment of Mycoplasma pneumonia of sheep pneumonia in the farm.The test used specific primers such as Mycoplasma ovine pneumonia,Mycoplasma filamentosa filamentous subspecies,Mycoplasma capricolum subspecies,Mycoplasma capricolum subspecies,Mycoplasma arginine and other specific primers.The results showed that the sheep in the farm were in a sub-healthy state as a whole,with clinical manifestations such as cough all year round,and the onset months were mostly from December to March of the second year.The experiment indicates that the sheep in the farm were mainly infected with Mycoplasma ovine pneumonia,a few sheep were infected with Mycoplasma arginine,and other Mycoplasma were not detected.
