摘要
羊支原体肺炎在山羊和绵羊中是一种流行广泛、危害严重的疾病,药物治疗和疫苗接种是防控该病的重要手段。但是药物治疗的效果不尽人如意,传统疫苗本身具有难以克服的局限,所以人们开始关注羊支原体肺炎新型疫苗的研究。论文就羊支原体肺炎的病原学、药物治疗、疫苗研制,羊肺炎支原体的致病性和致病机制、主要抗原和抗原基因等方面的研究进行了阐述。
Mycoplasmal pneumonia of sheep and goat （MPSG） spreads widely in sheep and goats, producing a serious menance to sheep and goat production in the world. Drug treatment and vaccination is important means to prevent and control the disease. Because the infection has not well responded to medication and the traditional vaccine itself has some problems that hard to overcome, investigators are focusing on devel- opment of new type vaccine. This paper provided an overview on developments of etiology, drug treatment and vaccine of MPSG, as well as pathogenicity, pathogenic mechanism, major antigen and antigen genes of pathogens.
