摘要
针对电网企业面临的风险多发频发期、违章“三高”激增期和严管违章攻坚期“三期叠加”的严峻安全形势,分析违章背后深层次原因和症结,深入研究反违章和不违章两个核心问题,推动违章管理“三个转变”,督“管”齐下,全面提升违章管理工作质效,确保安全生产局面稳定。
In view of the severe security situations grid enterprises are facing at present as a superposition of the frequent risks,the surge of"three high"violations and illegal activities,the deep causes and bottlenecks of those illegal activities are analyzed,both of the core issues are studied concerning anti-violation and fight against illegal activities,the violation management of"three transitions"are push forward in close combination with supervision and management activities,so as to comprehensively improve the quality and efficiency of management of illegal activities and ensure the stability of their production safety.
