摘要
文章结合本职岗位工作,分析了包头铝业培育高技能人才方面存在的问题短板和经验做法,针对体制、机制等障碍问题,从源头上和机制上找寻制约、阻碍技能人才提升的原因和症结,就如何进一步做好制度体系、模式改进等方面进行了阐述,并提出了解决实际问题的应对之策。
Based on the author’s experience,the paper analyzes the problems existing in the training of high-skilled personnel in Baotou Aluminum Co.,Ltd.,looks for the reasons and the crux of the obstacles to the promotion of skilled personnel from the source and mechanism,and expounds the further improvement of the system and model.Meanwhile,some countermeasures are put forward here.
