乡村振兴背景下农村籍高职院校大学生学业倦怠的现状与对策 被引量:1

摘要 农村籍大学生是我国农村脱贫攻坚和乡村振兴的中坚力量,调查了河南省3所高职院校800名农村籍大学生,结果显示他们的学业倦怠总体水平和各维度都处于中等偏上水平。究其原因主要有:农村籍高职院校学生生涯意识薄弱,学习内驱力不足;原生家庭对农村籍高职院校大学生学习的不良影响;高等职业教育无法真正满足农村籍高职院校大学生对就业的现实需求等。并有针对性的提出了降低农村籍高职院校大学生学业倦怠的对策。主要有,提升农村籍高职院校大学生自我发展的能动实践性;优化农村籍高职院校大学生成长的社会支持环境;完善农村籍高职院校大学生人才培养机制。 Rural students are the backbone of rural poverty alleviation and rural revitalization in Our country.800 rural students from 3 higher vocational colleges in Henan province were investigated.The results show that:the overall level and dimensions of academic burnout are above medium level.The main reasons are as follows:The lack of career consciousness leads to the lack of driving force of rural vocational college students;The negative influence of native family;Higher vocational education can not really meet the practical needs of their employment.The countermeasures to reduce the academic burnout of rural vocational college students are as follows:Promote the active practice of self-development of rural vocational college students;Optimize the social support for the growth of them;Improve the talent training mechanism.
