摘要
目的分析国内外血液透析照顾者研究的热点和前沿,为今后国内研究提供参考。方法检索Web of Science、中国知网建库至2021年10月31日收录的血液透析照顾者文献,运用CiteSpace软件对相关文献的来源地、机构、关键词进行可视化分析。结果共检出英文文献222篇,中文文献120篇,年度发文量总体呈上升趋势,英文发文量最高的国家是美国,发文机构最多的是悉尼大学,我国在该领域中文发文量最多的3个机构发文均为2篇。血液透析照顾者研究主题较为集中,生活质量、照顾负担、心理状况是研究热点,国外研究前沿已经延伸到采取干预措施、提高照顾者生活、照护质量方面,国内研究焦点为测量工具研制。结论我国尚未形成血液透析照顾者研究核心团队,与国际领先机构存在较大差距。国内外研究热点相近,研究方法多以观察性分析为主,研究深度及广度有待于进一步拓展,相关机构和学者应给予足够重视,加强跨机构、跨区域合作,加大干预性研究。
Objective To analyze the research hotspots and frontiers of hemodialysis caregivers at home and abroad,and to provide reference for future domestic research.Methods To retrieve the Web of Science China hownet database to October 31,2021,included the hemodialysis caregivers documents,use CiteSpace software source institutions on keywords visualization analysis of the related literature.Results A total of 222 articles in English literature,Chinese literature of 120,the annual number in general is on the rise,the highest number in English is the United States,the post at the university of Sydney,in this field in China the biggest Chinese post three institutions of post are two piece of hemodialysis caregivers research topic is relatively concentrated,quality of life to take care of the burden Psychological status is a research focus,the frontier of foreign research has been extended to take intervention measures to improve the life and quality of care for caregivers,the focus of domestic research is the development of measurement tools.Conclusion China has not formed a core research team of hemodialysis caregivers,there is a big gap with the international leading institutions.The research hotspots are similar at home and abroad,but the research methods in China are mainly observational analysis,and the depth and breadth of research need to be further expanded.Relevant institutions and scholars should pay enough attention to strengthen trans-institutional and trans-regional cooperation and increase the intervention research.
