摘要
隔物灸作为古老的中医外治法之一,起源于晋代,推广于唐代,是一种通过综合各种药物与艾草功效施灸达到治疗作用的灸法。文章对隔物灸法的历史沿革、近代临床应用和实验基础研究进展进行回顾总结,讨论了当代隔物灸临床应用较之古代更多应用于内科疾病及亚健康调理,最常见的隔物灸药材的特点,主治病证,临床功效及意义。隔物灸法的取材、辅助工具,也将伴随现代技术的进步不断创新和优化,并提出临床应用和科研方向的展望。
As one of the ancient external therapies of TCM, material-separated moxibustion originated in the Jin Dynasty and was popularized in the Tang Dynasty. It is a kind of moxibustion that achieves a therapeutic effect by combining the effects of various medicines and wormwood. In this paper, the historical evolution, modern clinical application and experimental research of material-separated moxibustion were reviewed. The contemporary material-partitioned moxibustion is more used in the treatment of internal diseases and subhealth conditioning than ancient times. The characteristics, indications, clinical efficacy and significance of the most common medicianal materials of separated-moxibustion were given. The article pointed out that along with the advancement of modern technology, the materials and auxiliary tools of the material-separated moxibustion would be innovated and optimized continuously, and the prospect of clinical application and scientific research direction was given.
