摘要 为实现煤矿班组不安全状态“早发现,早干预”,应用人因分析和分类系统模型(HFACS),从个体与群体相互作用、影响的角度界定了煤矿班组不安全状态内涵;运用扎根理论确定煤矿班组不安全状态影响因素;采用ISM法建立了层次结构模型,确定了煤矿班组不安全状态的深层影响因素;通过层次分析法(AHP)计算各影响因素权重,按照重要程度将影响因素分为特别重要、重要、一般三级,建立了评价体系,并运用模糊评价法对某煤矿班组进行评价。结果表明:煤矿班组不安全状态影响因素包含4个层面14个因素,其中班组安全教育、班组成员性格、班组长选拔机制是深层影响因素;评价体系中,一级因素权重排序为:群体因素(0.4496)>领导层因素(0.2398)>组织管理因素(0.2054)>个体因素(0.1052),二级因素中班组安全氛围、班组长能力素质、班组内部人际关系的权重较大,是班组不安全状态的首要影响因素;对某矿综采队班组状态评价结果为较好,与实际情况相符,经理论与实际验证,该评价体系科学有效。 In order to take the measure of“early detection,early intervention”for unsafe state in a team,the connotation of team unsafe state was defined from the perspective of interaction and influence between individuals and groups by human factor analysis and classification system model(HFACS).The influence factors of team unsafe state was explored based on the grounded theory.The hierarchy model was establised by ISM method,with the deep influencing factors of team unsafe state determined.And the weight of each influencing factor was calculated;according to the degree of importance,the influencing factors are divided into three levels:especially important,important and general,thus establishing a evaluation evaluation system,by which a coal mine group could be evaluated.The results show that:The influencing factors of unsafe state of coal mine team include 4 levels and 14 factors.In an evaluation system,the first level factors weight is ranked as:Group factors(0.4496)>Leadership factors(0.2398)>Organizational management factors(0.2054)>Individual factors(0.1052).The team safety atmosphere,team leader ability and interpersonal relationship among the two levels are the most important factors affecting the unsafe status of a group.The team status evaluation result of a fully mechanized mining team is relatively reasonable,which is consistent with the actual situation.It turned out that the evaluation system is scientific and effective.
