摘要
为科学预防和控制由于建筑工人安全信息认知(SIC)失效引起的建筑安全事故,采用理论分析和实证研究的方法,分析近年中国建筑施工较大事故案例,确定影响建筑工人安全信息认知的3大类16个因素,并提出相应的理论假设.通过调查问卷收集数据,运用SPSS24.0软件和结构方程模型(SEM),验证影响因素的作用机理.结果表明:SIC主体和SIC环境对建筑工人安全信息认知具有显著负向影响,SIC客体具有显著正向影响.研究结论可为改善建筑工人安全信息认知状况提供理论参考.
In order to scientifically prevent and control the construction safety accidents caused by the failure of construction workers′safety information cognition(SIC),using theoretical analysis and empirical research methods,combined with the cognition process of construction workers′safety information,the cases of large construction accidents was analyzed in China in recent years,16 factors in 3 categories that affect construction workers′safety information cognition was determined,and corresponding theoretical assumptions was put forward.The data were collected by questionnaire.SPSS 24.0 and the structural equation modeling(SEM)method was used to verify the mechanism of the influencing factors.The results show that the SIC subject and SIC environment have the significant negative impact on the construction workers′safety information cognition,and the SIC object has a significant positive impact.The research conclusions provide a theoretical reference for improving the status of construction workers′safety information cognition.
