摘要
为科学有效地评价一线矿工不安全状态,进一步提升煤矿安全管理水平,以一线矿工作为研究对象,借助文献分析法获取不安全状态影响因素,编制问卷进行调查;运用SPSS 26.0软件对有效问卷数据进行探索性因子分析,构建一线矿工不安全状态评价指标体系;在此基础上,应用MATLAB R2018a软件计算,使用熵权逼近理想解排序法(Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to an Ideal Solution,TOPSIS)对10名一线矿工不安全状态进行综合评价。结果表明:在一线矿工不安全状态的12个评价指标中,家庭支持重要度最大,自我效能重要度最小;采用熵权TOPSIS法对一线矿工不安全状态进行综合评价是客观合理可行的;3号、8号和9号一线矿工不安全状态等级高于Ⅲ级,其工作安全性低,应引起煤矿重视。研究结果对煤矿井下人因事故的防控具有一定的指导作用。
For the tier miners,the unsafe state can easily lead to unsafe behaviors,which can seriously influence safe mining for the coal mine.Scientific and effective evaluation of the unsafe state of tier miners can further improve coal mine safety management.Hence,this study selected the tier miners as the research objects and comprehensively used the literature analysis method,questionnaire method,exploratory factor analysis method,and entropy-weighted Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to an Ideal Solution(TOPSIS)method to evaluate and study their unsafe states.First,this study obtained the influential factors on the unsafe state of the tier miners by the literature analysis method and prepared the questionnaire to survey the research objects.Second,the essay conducted the exploratory factor analysis for the adequate questionnaire data with SPSS 26.0 and created the evaluation index system(including 4 level 1 indexes and 12 level 2 indexes)for the unsafe state of the tier miners.On this basis,the essay randomly selected 10-tier miners as the evaluation objects and comprehensively evaluated their unsafe states by the entropyweighted TOPSIS method.The MATLAB R2018a made the computation therein.The results revealed that family support,working environment,and working pressure were more important than compliance with regulations,Equipment proficiency,and self-efficacy among the evaluation indexes for unsafe states of the 12-tier miners.Besides,the entropy-weighted TOPSIS method can reduce the subjectivity of comprehensive evaluation of the unsafe state of tier miners.The evaluation results obtained by this method are objective,fair,scientific,and reasonable.The unsafe state level of No.3,No.8 and No.9 tier miners is higher than grade III,and their operational safety is low in this state,which should be paid attention to by coal mines.Applying the results of this study to tier miners can help prevent and control human-caused accidents in underground coal mines.
