摘要
造成中小学教师负担重的原因很复杂,但情绪这一维度在以往研究中经常受到忽视.本文结合“双减”政策实施的情境,借鉴情绪地理学的相关概念,对教师在与校内外不同主体,包括学生、同事、学校管理层、行政部门、家长、社会公众等人际互动过程中所产生的情绪误解及负面情绪,以及由此造成的教师负担进行剖析.教师在与学生相处存在如何管与教的困境;与同事的交流存在合作与认可的缺失;与学校管理层的交流存在被权力规训的困境;与行政部门交往处于执行困难与分身乏术的常态;与家长交流时存在缺乏有效沟通的状态;与社会公众互动中又不得不面对舆论的高压,这些都对教师情绪产生不良影响.针对以上现象,在个人层面,教师可重绘情绪地图,加强情绪管理;学校层面采取措施增强教师情绪智能,丰富教师情绪策略;社会层面应采取措施缓解教师的情绪困境,帮助教师重塑情绪法则.
The reasons for the burden of primary and secondary school teachers are very complex,but the dimension of emotion is often ignored in previous studies.Combining the"Double Reduction",this paper starts with a series of concepts of emotion,especially referring to the relevant concepts of emotional geographies,analyses the emotional misunderstanding,negative emotions generated by teachers in the process of interpersonal interaction with different subjects inside and outside the school,including students,colleagues,school management,administrative departments and the public,and the resulting burden on teachers:teachers have the dilemma of how to manage and teach in getting along with students;there is a lack of cooperation and recognition in communication with colleagues;there is a problem of being disciplined by power in communication with school management;there is in a state of difficulty in execution and a lack of skills in communication with the administrative department;the eagerness to communicate effectively when communicating with parents;the high pressure of public opinion in the interaction with the public etc.,all of which have a negative impact on teachers'emotions.In view of the above phenomena,this paper puts forward:teachers redraw the emotional map at the personal level and strengthen their emotional management;At the school level,measures should be taken to enhance teachers'emotional intelligence and enrich teachers'emotional strategies;At the social level,measures should be taken to reduce emotional distress and reshape emotional rules.
