摘要
作为一项重要的制度安排,教育评价对教育发展具有导向作用。受理性主义、科技进步和工业革命的影响,大学教育教学评价日益表现出对确定性、统一性和专业性的崇尚,越来越失去对人的发展和教育活动多样性和丰富性的观照,大学教育活动陷入单一、机械和僵化的境地。深化新时代大学教育评价改革,必须正本清源,回归教育立德初心和育人本位,构建起有灵魂、有特色、有效能的新时代大学教育评价体系。具体而言,大学教育评价改革需要以立德树人为根本标准,促进个体身心全面、和谐、主动发展;以分层分类为主要方法,促进不同高校多样化发展和个性化发展;以共治共管为基本抓手,实现不同利益相关者的利益诉求。
As an important institutional arrangement, educational evaluation plays a leading role in educational development. Under the influence of rationalism, scientism and the industrial revolution,the evaluation of higher education has shown increasingly advocacy for certainty, unity and professionalism, while gradually ignored development of students and the diversity and richness of education has become more and more unitary, mechanical and rigid. To deepen the reform of higher education evaluation in the new era, we must reform from the bottom and return to the original aspirations and common sense of education. Specifically, the evaluation system of higher education must be based on the principle of cultivating people with morality, so as to realize the comprehensive and harmonious development of students. It must take hierarchical classification as main method, so as to suit the diversity and individuality of different universities. It must take co-governance as basic policy, so as to satisfy different stakeholders.
