摘要
目的探讨中药离子导入穴位贴敷及康复护理在肺癌根治术后化疗患者中的应用。方法选取2015年12月至2020年12月间上海中医药大学附属曙光医院收治的60例肺癌根治术后患者,采用随机数字表法分为研究组和对照组,每组30例。两组患者均行培美曲塞联合卡铂方案化疗治疗,对照组在化疗后采用康复护理,研究组在对照组基础上采用中药离子导入穴位贴敷,比较两组患者的生活质量和护理满意度。结果化疗结束后,研究组患者的失眠、呕吐与恶心、腹泻、便秘、总健康状况子量表与总量表得分均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。研究组患者护理满意度为93.3%,高于对照组的66.7%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中药离子导入穴位贴敷及康复护理能有效缓解肺癌根治术后化疗患者的不良反应,提高生活质量和护理满意度,值得临床推广运用。
Objective To study the efficacy of acupoint application combined with iontophoresis of Chinese medicine and rehabilitation nursing in patients undergoing chemotherapy after radical rection for lung cancer.Methods From December 2015 to December 2020,60 patients who underwent radical resection for lung cancer were selected.Using the random number table method,they were divided into an experimental group(30 patients)and a control group(30 patients).The chemotherapy of both groups of patients chose pemetrexed combined with carboplatin.Both groups received pemetrexed plus carboplatin besides rehabilitation nursing.In addition,the experimental group received acupoint application combined with iontophoresis of Chinese medicine.Quality of life and patient satisfaction with nursing were compared between the two groups.Results After chemotherapy,the scores of insomnia,vomiting and nausea,diarrhea,constipation and overall health status subscale and overall scores were significantly lower in the experimental group than in the control group(all P<0.05).The satisfaction was 93.3%in the experimental group which was significantly higher than 66.7%of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Acupoint application combined with iontophoresis of Chinese medicine and rehabilitation nursing can effectively relieve adverse reactions during chemotherapy and improve quality of life and satisfaction in patients undergoing chemotherapy after radical rection for lung cancer.It is worthy of clinical application.
