摘要
目的:了解肺癌患者化疗前后的红细胞免疫功能?方法:应用郭峰法检测肺癌患者化疗前后的红细胞C3b受体花环(RBC-C3bR)?红细胞免疫复合物花环(RBC-ICR)?肿瘤红细胞花环(ATER)的动态变化?结果:肺癌组RBC-C3bR ?ATER明显低于健康对照组(P<0.001),RBC-ICR明显高于健康对照组(P<0.001),化疗后第7天,RBC-C3bR?RBC-ICR?ATER较未化疗时均明显降低(P<0.05),化疗后第21天,RBC-C3bR?ATER明显高于未化疗组(P<0.05)?结论:肺癌患者红细胞免疫功能低下,化疗对红细胞免疫功能造成一过性损伤,在化疗后第7天明显?
Objective: To study the red cell immune function of patients with lung cancer and its changes during chemotherapy. Methods: RBC-C3bR?RBC-ICR?ATER were detected in lung cancer patients pre-chemotherapy?7 days?14 days and 21 days after chemotherapy by Guo-Feng's methods. Results: The levels of RBC-C3bR (%) and ATER(%) of patients were significantly lower than those of control (P<0.001), and that of RBC-ICR(%) was significantly higher than that of control(P<0.001), the levels of RBC-C3bR (%)?RBC-ICR(%) and ATER(%) of 7 days after chemotherapy group were significantly decreased than those of pre-chemotherapy group(P<0.05), the levels of RBC-C3bR (%) and ATER(%) of 21 days after chemotherapy group were significantly higher than those of pre-chemotherapy group(P<0.05). Conclusion: Immunodeficiency of red cell immune function occurred in patients with lung cancer, chemotherapy can damage the function of red cell immune temptly, especialy in 7 days after chemotherapy.
