摘要
目的分析在肺癌根治术后护理中疼痛护理的具体效果和价值。方法采用2021年12月至2022年12月我院收治的79例肺癌患者,所有患者均接受根治术治疗,将其中40例实行常规护理的患者列为对照组,将另外39例实行疼痛护理的患者列为观察组,对两组护理后疼痛程度及指标、心理状态、生活质量、护理满意程度、临床并发症及不良反应进行比较。结果观察组患者疼痛评分低于对照组,心理状态评分优于对照组,生活质量评估高于对照组,护理满意程度高于对照组,临床并发症及不良反应发生率低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在肺癌根治术后护理中疼痛护理效果肯定,能够缓解患者疼痛情况,改善心理状态和生活质量,提高护理满意程度,降低临床不良反应及并发症发生率,在肺癌根治术患者的临床应用中具有极大的价值。
Objective To analyze the specific effect and value of pain care in radical lung cancer.Methods From December 2021 to December 2022,all the patients receive radical treatment,40 patients with routine care as control group,another 39 patients with pain care as observation group,the two groups of pain and indicators,psychological state,the quality of life,nursing satisfaction,clinical complications and adverse reactions.Results The pain score of the observation group patients of the observation group was lower than that of the control group;the psychological state score of the observation group was better than that of the control group;the quality of life assessment of the observation group was higher than that of the control group;the nursing satisfaction of the observation group was higher than the control group;the incidence of clinical complications and adverse reactions of the observation group were lower than that of the control group.All the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In the positive effect of pain nursing in the radical lung cancer surgery,it can relieve the pain of patients,improve the psychological state and quality of life,improve the satisfaction of nursing,reduce the incidence of clinical adverse reactions and complications,and has great value in the clinical application of patients with radical lung cancer surgery.
