摘要
本文对非结核分枝杆菌(NTM)肺病的发病机制、病理变化、诊断及鉴别诊断、药物治疗方法进行综述。旨在系统回顾文献的基础上,对提高NTM肺病诊断与防治水平提供基于较高循证水平上的建议,减少其对人类生命健康的危害。
This article reviews the pathogenesis,pathological changes,diagnosis and differential diagnosis,and drug treatment of non-tuberculous mycobacteria(NTM)lung disease.Based on a systematic review of the literature,this paper provides recommendations for improving the diagnosis and prevention of NTM lung disease based on a high evidence level to reduce its harm to human life and health.
