摘要
目的本文旨在将微型种植体支抗技术运用于口腔正畸过程中,探究其临床应用价值和重要性。方法100例接受口腔正畸治疗的患者,以随机数字表法分为A组及B组,各50例。A组患者接受微型种植体支抗治疗,B组患者接受常规正畸治疗。比较两组患者的满意度、不良事件发生情况和治疗后的上中切牙凸距差、磨牙位移、上中切牙倾角差。结果治疗后,A组患者上中切牙凸距差(4.02±1.68)mm、磨牙位移(3.75±0.36)mm、上中切牙倾角差(27.48±6.95)°;B组患者上中切牙凸距差(2.50±0.82)mm、磨牙位移(5.93±0.79)mm、上中切牙倾角差(12.85±4.12)°。A组患者的上中切牙凸距差、上中切牙倾角差大于B组,磨牙位移小于B组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。A组患者治疗后不良事件发生率2%低于B组的16%,总满意率96%高于B组的84%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论将微型种植体支抗技术应用于口腔正畸患者的治疗中,创伤性较小、操作简单、效果好、不良事件少,值得广泛应用。
Objective To investigate the application value and significance of micro-implant anchorage in orthodontic treatment.Methods A total of 100 patients who received orthodontic treatment were divided into group A and group B by random numerical table,with 50 cases in each group.Patients in group A received micro-implant anchorage,and patients in group B received conventional orthodontic treatment.The satisfaction,occurrence of adverse events,and upper central incisor protrusion difference,molar displacement and upper central incisor inclination difference after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the upper central incisor protrusion difference,molar displacement and upper central incisor inclination difference were(4.02±1.68)mm,(3.75±0.36)mm,and(27.48±6.95)°in group A;the upper central incisor protrusion difference,molar displacement and upper central incisor inclination difference were(2.50±0.82)mm,(5.93±0.79)mm,and(12.85±4.12)°in group B.The upper central incisor protrusion difference and upper central incisor inclination difference in group A was greater than those in group B,and the molar displacement was less than that in group B.All the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the incidence of adverse reactions 2%in group A was lower than 16%in group B,and the overall satisfaction rate 96%was higher than 84%in group B.All the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of micro-implant anchorage has less trauma,simple operation,good effect and few adverse reactions in the treatment of orthodontic patients,and is worthy of wide application.
