摘要
目的分析微型种植体支抗在青少年口腔正畸治疗中的效果及安全性。方法选取2018年10月至2020年10月收治的120例青少年口腔正畸治疗患者作为研究对象,随机将其分为对照组与观察组,各60例。对照组给予传统正畸方法治疗,观察组给予微型种植体支抗治疗。比较两组的临床效果。结果观察组的治疗总有效率、咀嚼效率高于对照组,并发症发生率、PLI、BI、GI、口腔致病菌检出率均低于对照组,LI-MP、上中切牙凸距差、上中切牙倾角差、咬合力大于对照组,UI-SN、磨牙位移小于对照组(P<0.05)。结论微型种植体支抗应用于青少年口腔正畸治疗中,可显著提高整体疗效,促进患者的咬合力、咀嚼功能的恢复,降低并发症发生率。
Objective To analyze the effect and safety of micro-implant anchorage in orthodontic treatment of adolescents.Methods A total of 120 adolescent orthodontic treatment patients admitted from October 2018 to October 2020 were selected as the research objects and randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 60 cases in each group.The control group was treated with traditional orthodontic methods,and the observation group was treated with micro-implant anchorage.The clinical effects of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of treatment and masticatory efficiency in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,the incidence of complications,PLI,BI,GI and detection rate of oral pathogens were lower than those in the control group,LI-MP,convex distance difference of upper central incisors,inclination difference of upper central incisors and bite force were larger than those in the control group,and UI-SN and molar displacement were less than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Micro-implant anchorage applied in orthodontic treatment of adolescents can significantly improve the overall curative effect,promote the recovery of bite force and masticatory function,and reduce the incidence of complications.
