摘要
维A酸类药物(RA)是一类天然或合成的具有维生素A活性的视黄醇衍生物,具有多种生物学效应。此类药物在皮肤科领域有着广泛的用途。本文主要是对外用此类药物的临床疗效及不良反应进行综述。
Retinoids(RA)are A class of natural or synthetic retinol derivatives with vitamin A activity,which have A variety of biological effects.Such drugs have a wide range of applications in dermatology.This article mainly reviews the clinical efficacy and adverse reactions of these drugs for external use.
