摘要
事故多发地点是高速公路运营管理的重点区域,通常采用设置交通安全设施的方式进行警示和预防。为了确定设置交通安全设施的有效性,在事故多发地点前后布置监测断面,对大型车和小型车车速进行检测,分析确定车速变化规律。通过对车辆运行的离散性进行分析,结合单位路段年事故次数调查结果,得出设置振动减速标线车速离散程度最低,对车速控制效果最好,可有效提高行车安全。
Accident-prone locations are key areas for expressway operation and management,and traffic safety facilities are usually used for warning and prevention.In order to determine the effectiveness of setting up traffic safety facilities,monitoring sections are arranged before and after accident-prone locations to detect the speed of large and small vehicles,and analyze and determine the law of speed changes.By analyzing the dispersion of vehicle operation and combining with the survey results of the annual number of accidents per unit section,it is concluded that setting the vibration deceleration marking has the lowest dispersion of vehicle speed and the best speed control effect,which can effectively improve driving safety.
