摘要
为解决PLM产品生命周期管理中的BOM跨专业、跨业务协同管理问题(即BOM数据流的快速搭建、转换与传递问题),提出一种基于超级BOM的产品设计、研发、工艺、生产模型。通过DBOM-EBOM-MBOM平台级、模块级和实例级的多视图结构转换,有效改善PLM实施和应用中的产品开发管理、工程设计管理、工艺管理数据孤岛问题,同时也对物料、产品、设计、工艺的企业标准化管理提出了整体性的目标导向,加强了各业务环节的标准化工作,推动企业实现快速交付能力,降低研发成本的作用。
In order to solve the problem of cross professional and cross business collaborative management of BOM in PLM product life cycle management (i.e.the problem of rapid construction,transformation and transmission of BOM data flow),a product design,R&D,process and production model based on super BOM is proposed.Through the multi view structure transformation of DBOM-EBOM-MBOM platform level,module level and instance level,it can effectively improve the data island problems of product development management,engineering design management and process management in the implementation and application of PLM.At the same time,it also puts forward an overall goal orientation for the enterprise standardization management of materials,products,design and technology,strengthens the standardization of various business links,promotes the enterprise to achieve rapid delivery and reduce R&D costs.
