摘要
随着TFT-LCD行业的发展,如何最大化降低产品制程中的损失来提升公司经营利润,逐步成为业内各大企业不断探索的课题。本文主要对液晶损失(面板段损失金额最大的物料)进行了探讨,通过大数据技术的应用,分析出影响液晶损失的全部11项因子,对比筛选出最关键的4项,从配方优化、瓶底剩余改善、切线填充量减少、自动脱泡频率降低、测量频率降低等方面研究了液晶损失降低的方向。研究表明,对影响液晶损失的主要因子进行管控和改善,使液晶损失率降低4.86%,年收益1 688万元/年。
With the development of TFT-LCD industry, how to reduce the loss in product manufacturing process to improve the company′s operating profit has gradually become the subject of continuous exploration by major enterprises in the industry. This paper mainly probes liquid crystal loss (the material with the largest loss amount in panel section). Through the application of big data technology, 11 factors affecting liquid crystal loss are analyzed, and 4 of the most critical ones are selected by comparison. Then, the reduction direction of liquid crystal loss is studied from recipe optimization, bottle bottom residual improvement, filling amount reduction of job change, auto degas frequency reduction, measurement frequency reduction and other aspects. The results show that by controlling and improving the main factors affecting liquid crystal loss, the loss rate is reduced by 4.86% and the annual profit is 16.88 million yuan per year.
