摘要
针对唐口选煤厂粗精煤泥中高灰细泥含量较高的问题,分析了造成煤泥重介系统粗精煤泥灰分高的原因,通过对原有工艺设备中存在的问题逐步优化,最终实现了煤泥重介系统的稳定运行及粗精煤泥灰分的稳定,使其灰分降低了2个百分点,达到了主精煤灰分指标要求,不但实现了煤泥减量化,而且提高精煤回收率,为企业创造了经济效益。
This article takes as the starting point to solve the problem of high ash and fine sludge content in the coarse and clean coal slime of Tangkou Coal Preparation Plant.The reason for the high ash content of the dense medium coarse slime of coal slime is analyzed in detail from the equipment and technology.The existing equipment problems were gradually optimized,and finally realized the stable operation of the slime heavy medium system and the stabilization of the ash content of the coarse cleaned slime,which reduced the ash content by 2%,and reached the requirement of the main cleaned coal ash index,which not only realized the slime Reduce the amount and increase the recovery rate of clean coal,creating economic benefits for the enterprise.
