摘要
根据章村矿选煤厂煤泥的特性,通过对粗煤泥回收工艺及设备的分析对比,提出了该厂粗煤泥回收的最佳方案并在生产中不断改进,实现了工艺流程的机动灵活性、灰分指标的稳定性,使产品结构得到优化并取得显著的经济效益。
According to the characteristic of the slime in Zhangcun Coal Preparation Plant, the optimum coarse slime recovery process scheme was proposed and improved in the production based on analysis and comparison on coarse slime recovery process and equipments. Technological process flexibility and ash index stability were achieved, product structure was optimized and significant economic benefit was obtained.
