摘要
针对安太堡选煤厂煤泥水沉降特性,通过凝聚剂的电性中和与絮凝剂的"架桥作用"联合处理,当新型药剂PTDN2109+PTDX1220的用量为30 g/t+3 g/t时,上清液浊度可降低为27.9NTU,絮团稳定、蓬松,可满足选煤厂的正常生产要求,不仅极大地降低了药剂消耗量,并且提高了选煤厂的煤泥水处理效果。
The paper researched the coal slurry settling property in Antaibao coal preparation plant, and the coal slurry treated by combination effect of charge neutralization of coagulator and bridging action of flocculant, when the dosage of the PTDN2109 + PTDX1220 is 30 g/t +3 g/t, the turbidity of clear liquid reduced to 27.9 NTU, and the flock is stable and fluffy, which condition can meet the requirement of normal production in coal preparation, greatly reduced the agent consumption, increased the coal slurry treating effect.
