摘要
对实验室小型煤泥离心机及工业性运行的离心机入料及各产品的粒度分布进行了分析,对煤泥离心过滤过程中的粒度截留效应进行了探讨,提出煤泥离心过滤过程的粒度截留效应表现为基于固有介质的筛分截留和基于次生介质的深层过滤截留,认为改善离心过滤过程细粒回收效果的重点应着眼于创造条件、发挥次生介质深层过滤的截留效应。
Based on analyzing the size distribution of the filtering centrifuge' s feed and products, the characteristics of particle capture property in the centrifugal filtration process have been discussed. Deep filtration effect caused by the porous particle bed plays an important role recovering fine particles, and should be paid more attention while centrifuge designing.
