摘要
介绍了脉动阻尼干扰床分选机的结构和工作原理,采用该分选机对薛湖选煤厂原煤中<1.5 mm粒级粗煤泥进行分选试验,确定了设备的最佳上升流流量和入料粒度范围,基于此对影响其分选效果的因素进行试验分析。结果表明,脉动阻尼干扰床分选机最佳入料粒度范围为0.2~0.9 mm;入料固液比对其分选效果有一定影响,固液比为1∶1.5~1∶0.5时分选效果最好;脉动水流对产品产率影响有限,对产品灰分的影响因上升水流流量而异。
This paper introduced the structure and working principle of teetering - bed separator with pulsation damping, and separation tests were processed with it to separation the 〈 1.5 mm size coarse slime in Xuehu coal preparation plant, determined the best upward flow rate and the size fraction of the feeding material, based on that tested and analyzed the factors affecting its separation result. The results show that the best range of feed size is 0.2 ~ 0.9 mm; The material concentration have certain effects on the separation result, the separation is best when the liquid - solid ratio is 1.5 : 1 ~ 1 : 0.5 ; the effect of pul- sating flow on the production yield is limited, and on the change of ash content of the product will with the variation of the upward flow rate.
