摘要
国内外在没有选煤产品浮沉试验资料时,仅根据原煤的浮沉试验资料用海渤登近似公式和特殊密度点法推算产品的产率,由于计算公式没有考虑煤炭可选性指数γ_(δ_2+0.1),本文作者认为它不符合选煤实际。本文根据生产实践的统计资料、可选性指数和洗煤机的不完善度Ⅰ,提出了用可选性指数γ_(δ_2+0.1)、密度差法与实际可选性曲线法联合应用计算出选煤产品产半,并认为计算出的产品产率比较符合实际,计算过程也较为简单。
When data of sink and float test of product from a coal preparation plant are not available,yield of product is deducted only with Hebden proximate formula and special density point method based on data of sink and float test of raw coal both at home and abroad.Since the washability index of coal γ_(δ_2±0.1)is not included in the calculation formula,the author considers it can not represent the actual condition of coal preparation.A method is proposed in the paper for calculation of the yield of product by combining washability index,γ_(δ_2±0.1),density difference method and actual washability curve method on the basis of statistical data obtained in practice, washability index and imperfection,I,of the washing machine.The author holds that the calculated yield of product is in conformity with actual condition and the computation process is simple.
